What are OSNA® 400 & OSNA® K-500?
OSNA® 400 and OSNA® K-500 are high-performance copper-nickel alloys developed to withstand harsh operating conditions. While OSNA® 400 stands out for its excellent corrosion resistance, OSNA® K-500 offers even greater strength thanks to additional hardening elements (aluminium, titanium) – making it ideal for components subject to dynamic loads.

OSNA® 400 and OSNA® K-500 offer outstanding resistance to corrosion and stress corrosion cracking – even in chloride-rich or dynamically stressed environments. Both alloys provide stable mechanical properties across a wide temperature range, from sub-zero to elevated operating temperatures. OSNA® K-500 in particular stands out for its high strength and hardness. Thanks to their good machinability and weldability, these materials are easily integrated into a wide range of components. Naturally, they comply with all relevant international material standards such as ASTM, DIN and SAE.
